Did you feel it?

Stayed prisoners under the ground
Some will be buried forever.
But should we forget them?
Mourning struck worldwide
Did you tears stream down?
Bloody images of children,
And the yell of collapsed mothers
Struck again inside my ears.
Should we turn a blind eye?
Should we stay quiet?
For all these grieving families
We must join together
To offer our solidarity
To rebuild a country.
The earth has moved,
Taking with it
Thousands of lives.
Breaking with it
Millions of hearts.
